We had a mixed experience at the Ruinas Resort. The staff was outstanding, really accommodating and quick to help us with requests. However, the overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and the pool area was not as nice as expected. While the dining was plentiful and enjoyable, I would recommend considering other options for better accommodations next time.
